Response Limits for Legacy Plans

For legacy plans subscribed before November 30, 2024:

  • Free Plan … Up to 10

  • Starter Plan … Up to 1,000

  • CMS / Business Plan … Up to 10,000

This restriction is applied to the entire project, even if the project has multiple forms.

The responses received in excess of the limit will not be visible on your dashboard or in your notification email.

If the Response Limit Exceeds Your Plan

When the number of responses exceeds your plan’s limit, all members with Owner permissions on the project will receive an email notification informing them of the excess.

Once the number of responses has exceeded the plan’s limit, the following actions will no longer be possible for those additional responses:

  • Viewing responses on the dashboard

  • Viewing response content in notification emails (Notification emails will still be sent, but their content will not be displayed.)

  • Exporting responses to CSV

How to Deal With Exceeding the Response Limit

Even if you can no longer view responses on the dashboard, the submitted data is still saved in Studio’s database. Therefore, you can still view responses by doing one of the following:

  • Delete unnecessary responses to reduce the total count

  • Upgrade your plan to increase the number of responses you can view

With either method, you will be able to review responses again, starting from the oldest submission.

Please note that the response viewing limit applies only to the number of responses you can see on the Studio dashboard. Therefore, even if you exceed the limit, you can still view responses by the following methods:
