How to Set and Change Account Payment Information

This article explains how to set up and change credit or debit card information and the billing address used for project payments.

Setting and Changing Payment Information

You can set up and change your credit card information and billing address from the account settings menu. This information will be reflected in all projects you participate in as a Payment Owner, including their invoices and receipts.

Credit Card Information

The credit card information will be used as the billing address for all projects you participate in as a Payment Owner. It is not possible to set a different billing address for each project. For more details, refer to Project Plan Payments.

Billing Address on Invoices

The billing address will be used for invoices and receipts for all projects you participate in as a Payment Owner. The changes will be reflected in newly issued invoices and receipts after the setting is updated.

Note: Normally, changes do not affect already issued invoices and receipts. However, due to the specifications of the payment system, if a new billing address is added, the changes may reflect on already issued invoices and receipts.

Additionally, the email address of the Payment Owner listed on the invoice cannot be deleted or edited.

Steps

1. Open Account Settings

After logging in, click on the icon at the top right of the screen and select [Settings].

2. Open [Payment Information]

Open the [Payment Information] menu. Here you can set your credit card information and billing address.
