In STUDIO you can implement Google Analytics for published projects.

There are two versions of Google Analytics, version 3 and version 4, with different settings.

Setup Procedure of Google Analytics version 3

(1) In the side menu of the project dashboard, click on "Apps".

(2) On the Apps page, click Google Analytics.

(3) Enter your Google Analytics tracking ID in the edit modal which appears when you click on it

(4) After setting the ID, update the site.

※GA will not work in the live preview. Please check it on the public site.

How to Check Your Google Analytics Tracking ID

To check your tracking ID, do the following

  1. Sign in to your Google Analytics account.

  2. Click "Admin".

  3. In the "Account" column, select your account from the menu.

  4. In the "Properties" column, select "Properties settings" from the menu.

  5. Under "Properties", click "Tracking Information" > "Tracking Code". Your tracking ID will be displayed at the top of the page.

Setup Procedure of Google Analytics version 4

There is currently no way to run GA v4 (in the form of G-XXXXXXX) only in STUDIO, but it is possible to set it up by using Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Here, we will show you how to use Google Tag Manager to measure in the flow of STUDIO > GTM > GA v4.

Please note that the content of this help page is intended for those who have some knowledge of Google Tag Manager and STUDIO cannot provide individual support for questions related to Google Tag Manager.

We recommend that you read through the Official Help before installing Google Tag Manager.

Setting procedure on the STUDIO side.

(1) Display Home in the project dashboard.

(2) Select Apps from the menu on the left.

(3) Select Google Tag Manager.

(4) A modal will be displayed, enter the GTM tag (GTM-XXXXXXX) and save it.

(5) After the ID setting is complete, update the site.

Setting procedure on Google Tag Manager side.

  1. Set "Google Analytics: GA4 Settings" from the list of Tags.

  2. Enter the GA v4 tag (G-XXXXXXX) in the Measurement ID field.

  3. Open the Trigger selection screen.

  4. Select the plus button and start creating a new trigger

  5. Display the trigger type selection screen

  6. Select "History Change" from the list of triggers

  7. Enter a name for the trigger

  8. Click "Save" button

  9. Continue to tie the new trigger to the tag

  10. Select the plus button and start creating a new trigger

  11. Display the trigger type selection screen

  12. Select "Window Loaded" from the list of triggers

  13. Enter a name for the trigger

  14. Click "Save" button

  15. Enter a name for the tag

  16. Click the Save button

  17. Make the created workspace "Submit".

  18. Enter a version name

  19. Click the "Submit" button.

The configuration is complete.
