In STUDIO, you can implement Intercom which provides a customer support platform for published projects.

Setup Procedure

(1) In the side menu of the project dashboard, click on "Apps".

(2) On the Apps page, click Intercom button.

(3) Enter your Intercom App ID in the edit modal which appears when you click on it.

How to check your Intercom App ID

(1) Login Intercom

(2) Move the cursor over the user icon in the lower-left corner of the screen and select "Settings" from the menu that appears

(3) Click on "Installation" in the left menu of the setting screen.

(4) Then the installation code will be displayed, and "app_id" in the code will be the Intercom App ID.
