Point: About this feature
As explained in "Notice regarding unauthorized access to Studio.Design", the form responses affected by this incident include responses that aren't shown in the dashboard: responses moved to the trash, test submissions from Live Preview, and responses hidden because they exceed your plan's viewing limit.
So that you can review all of these responses in one place, we're offering "Download all responses as CSV" for a limited time.
Available to: Project Owners
This menu item is only shown to project Owners. Editors and Writers won't see it. It's available on every plan.
Which responses are included
The CSV contains every response to the selected form that is stored in Studio.Design at the moment you run the download, including responses submitted after the incident. Responses to other forms in the same project aren't included, so download each form separately. You can check when each response was submitted in the date column.
However, permanently deleted responses are not included, because Studio.Design no longer has that data. This applies no matter when they were deleted. Responses that were stored at the time of the unauthorized access (September 30 to October 1, 2026) but have since been permanently deleted no longer exist in Studio.Design and won't appear in the CSV.

How to download
Open [Forms] in your project dashboard.
Select the form from the list on the left.
Click the [⋮] (three-dot) menu at the top right of the response list.
Click [Download all responses as CSV (temporary)].
5. You'll see the message "Preparing the CSV. The download will start when it is ready." The download starts automatically once the file is ready.
The downloaded file is named "(form name)result-all.csv". This lets you tell it apart from the file created by the regular [Download with CSV] option, which is named "(form name)result.csv".
Note: Preparing the file can take a while
If the form has a large number of responses, preparing the CSV can take up to several tens of seconds. Don't close or leave the page until the "Preparing the CSV" message disappears.
Clicking the menu item again while the file is being prepared won't start a second download.
What's in the CSV
The columns are, in order:
Your form fields
date(when the response was submitted)trashed(trueif the response is in the trash)preview(trueif the response was submitted from Live Preview)
Responses are sorted from newest to oldest.
Dates and times are in Japan Standard Time (JST). The format follows your Studio.Design display language (Japanese or English).
The file is encoded in UTF-8 with BOM.
For attached files, only the file name is included.
Values that start with characters such as "=", "+", "-", or "@" are prefixed with an apostrophe (') so that spreadsheet apps don't run them as formulas.

Troubleshooting
I don't see [Download all responses as CSV (temporary)] in the menu
Only project Owners can use this feature. Ask an Owner of the project to run the download.
"Too many downloads. Please wait a moment and try again."
This can happen when several downloads are run in a short time, including downloads for other projects or forms. Wait a moment, then try again.
"Download was interrupted. Please try again."
This appears when preparing the CSV stopped partway, for example because of a network issue. No incomplete file is saved. Try again.
"Failed to download responses."
Wait a while and try again. If the message keeps appearing, contact us through the unauthorized access inquiry form and include the project name and form name.
Activity log entries
The start and completion of each download are recorded in the project's Activity Log (available on Business Plus and higher plans).
Start: Started downloading responses of form "(form name)"
Completion: Downloaded all responses (N) of form "(form name)"
If you see a start entry without a matching completion entry, the CSV wasn't fully prepared. A completion entry means Studio.Design finished preparing the CSV. Whether the file was saved depends on your device, so check there.
Availability
This feature is offered for a limited time to support your response to the unauthorized access incident. The end date hasn't been decided yet.
