This article explains how to completely delete a form.

(1) Remove the form from the editor

  1. Delete the form box you want to remove from the page in the editor.

  2. If you were editing a published site, update your site. Your changes won't take effect until you update.

(2) Delete the form from the Dashboard

  1. Open the Form Dashboard.

    From the Design Editor:

  • Open the [Main Menu] from the top of the navigation on the left side of the screen, then click [Forms].

  • Or, select a form and open the [Form] tab in the Right Panel, then click [Notification & Results Settings].

    From the Project List:
Select the project and open the [Forms] dashboard.

2. From the form list on the left side of the screen, select the form you want to delete.

3. Click [Settings] in the upper right corner of the screen.

4. Click [Delete all responses and settings for this form]. Once you delete a form from the Dashboard, this action cannot be undone.

Note: The difference between resetting and deleting a form

If the button reads "Reset this form" instead, it means the form box is still on a page in the editor. Go to the editor and delete the form box from the page first.
