A feature that allows you to manage multiple projects (sites) together. You can centrally manage member invitations, permissions, and payment plans.
Changes in Number of Members During the Contract Period
This section explains billing for adding and removing members. Additional member fees are calculated based on the number of seats. Seats refer to the invitation slots for "Owners" and "Members" in the workspace.
The basic usage fee for the Team Plan includes three seats, so additional member fees will be incurred when adding more than three seats.
When Adding Members
If you add seats during the contract period, additional fees will be charged for the period from the time of addition until the next contract renewal date. No charges will be incurred if the total number of seats is three or fewer.
When Removing Members
No refunds will be given for the remaining period of the contract if members are removed during the contract period. For example, if the number of members decreases from five to three during the contract period, no refunds will be given for the remaining period until the next renewal date.
When the contract renewal date arrives, the additional member fees will be calculated and billed based on the number of seats at that time.
