Our support hours are weekdays (excluding weekends and public holidays), 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (JST).

For projects on the Business Plus plan (formerly the Business plan), we aim to respond within 3 hours.

Log in to your Studio.Design account.
Click the [?] icon in one of these locations:
• Editor: Bottom-left corner of the screen [?]
• Project list: Bottom-right corner of the screen [?]Go to the [Messages 💬] tab at the bottom of the screen, then click [Start a conversation ▶︎] to open the chat window.
Select the topic you need help with. Our bot will send you related help articles.
If the articles don't solve your issue, select [Not resolved 💬] and send your message.
A support team member will follow up with you shortly.
