If you want to place a file in a format other than .txt (for example, html)

If you'd like to place a file in a format other than .txt on your site, choose one of the following options.

1. Set it up using a custom proxy

You can set this up using the Custom Proxy add-on (extension), which is available on the Business Plus plan or higher.

Note: The custom proxy feature is an advanced option that requires you to prepare your own hosting platform. There are limits to what our support team can help with. For more details, see Setting up a custom proxy.

2. Talk to us about it on select Enterprise plans

On select plans within our Enterprise plan for businesses, a dedicated representative can provide support such as:

  • Help with placing files in the root directory

  • Referrals to production partners

  • Answers to security-related questions

Feel free to reach out through our dedicated form. After you submit the form, a representative will get back to you within 2–3 business days.
