Can't find a template from Studio.Store in your project list

If a template you got from Studio.Store isn't showing up in your project list, here are the possible causes and what to check.

If a template you got from Studio.Store isn't showing up in your project list, the most common causes are:

  • You're logged in with a different account than the one you used to get (purchase) the template

  • The way the template works is different from what you expected

This article explains how to check for and resolve each of these issues.

You're logged in with a different account than the one used to get the template

When you get (purchase) a template from Studio.Store, it's added as a new project to the project list of the Studio.Design account you were logged into at the time.

If you're logged into a different account, the template won't appear in your project list.

  1. Log out of Studio.Design.

  2. Check the email address and login method you used when purchasing the template — you can find this in your purchase confirmation email.

  3. Log back in to Studio.Design using the same account you used at the time of purchase.

  4. Open your project list and check whether a project with the purchased template name has been added.

  5. If you also need to work on the template from the account you logged out of in step 1, invite that user account to the project where the template has been applied.

It depends on how the template is meant to be used

Free templates are added to your project list, and you can duplicate the project as needed.

Paid templates, on the other hand, are added as a single project to your project list at the time of purchase. You edit this project directly to build your site.

Paid templates cannot be duplicated.

Note: Your Studio.Design account language setting and templates in your project list

On Studio.Store, some templates available in the Japanese Store differ from those in the English Store. However, regardless of which Store you purchased from, the template will appear in your project list as long as you're using the same account.

Your Studio.Design account language setting does not affect which templates are displayed.
