Point: What is Studio CMS?
Studio CMS is a Content Management System feature that lets you structure, manage, and update content directly within Studio.Design. By combining models, items, and properties, you can manage frequently updated article content like blogs and news in one place.

To embed a video in a CMS article, you'll need to upload the video to a service like YouTube or Vimeo that provides an iframe code.
Direct video uploads aren't supported at this time. You'll need to use the embed code from a video uploaded to YouTube, Vimeo, or a similar service.
Embed a video uploaded to Studio.Design in your article
You can embed a video uploaded through the Assets panel into your CMS article.
Point: For details on how to upload video files and the size limits, see the following articles.
In the CMS dashboard, open the detailed edit screen for the CMS article item you want to update.
In the rich text area of the body, place your cursor where you want to insert the video, then click the [+] icon.
From the menu that appears, select [Video].
A video frame will be added to the body, and the Assets panel will display a list of video assets already uploaded to the project. If you don't have any video assets yet, upload a video to the Assets panel to add one.
Click the video asset you want to embed, and it will appear in the video frame.
Check how it looks in the live preview. If everything looks good, change the article item's status to [Published] to make it live on your site.
