About Discount Coupons
Discount coupons for project plans, provided through campaigns, can be used when upgrading a project. Please check the usage conditions of each coupon as applicable plans may vary.
Types of Coupons
There are two main types of coupons, each with different usage steps.
Coupons directly added to your account
Coupon codes
Important Notes on Usage
If used with a monthly payment plan, the coupon will only apply to the first month's payment. To maximize your savings, we recommend choosing an annual payment plan.
Once the upgrade is completed, the coupon cannot be applied retroactively.
Coupons are valid only for the plan applied during the coupon's valid period.
If you downgrade or upgrade your plan after applying the coupon, the coupon will become invalid.
Unless otherwise stated, coupons apply only to one payment.
Checking Coupons Added to Your Account
If a coupon has been added to your account, you can check the list of coupons from the account settings.
While logged in, click on the icon at the top right and open [Settings].
Click [Coupons] from the [Account] tab to view the coupons.
Steps
1. Open [Plans & Payments]
Open [Plans & Payments] in the project dashboard.
2. Select a Plan
Click [Upgrade] for the desired plan. Choose the payment method (monthly / annual).
3. Use a Coupon
The usage method differs for "coupons added directly to your account" and "coupon codes."
Using a Coupon Added to Your Account:
If there is a usable coupon, a message [Coupons are available] will be displayed below the total payment amount. Click to open the coupon selection field.
Select the coupon to apply the discount amount. Then click [Confirm Payment] to proceed with the payment.
Using a Coupon Code:
Click [Add Coupon] displayed below the total payment amount.
Enter the code and click [Apply]. The discounted total amount will be displayed. Click [Confirm Payment] to complete the payment.
