Checklist: When You're Not Receiving Notification Emails from Studio.Design Forms
Here are some common reasons why you might not be receiving notification emails from your form.
(1) Submissions aren't showing up in your dashboard or email
If your test submissions in Live Preview or on your published site aren't appearing in the dashboard, your form may not be working properly and submissions may not be going through. Please check the following:
Are any errors showing on the screen when you try to submit?
Is the submit button clickable? Is another box overlapping it?
Is the submit button built using the "Button" part? (A regular box won't work.)
(2) Check your spam folder
If notification emails are landing in your spam folder, please add a filter so they aren't filtered as spam in the future.
For example, set emails from Studio <noreply@studio.site> to "Never send to spam."

(3) Are you using a Google Groups mailing list?
Depending on your mailing list's security settings, notification emails may be treated as spam and not be delivered at all.
If you're using Google Groups, try adjusting the group's spam settings and submitting the form again.

(4) Is email forwarding working correctly?
If you're forwarding from the email address set as your form notification recipient to another address, please make sure the forwarding is working properly.
If none of the above solves the issue, we're happy to look into it for you. Please reach out via chat support by clicking the [?] button in the bottom-right corner of the Studio.Design design editor or dashboard.
