If you are experiencing "Can't copy and paste" or "Can't use shortcut keys", the cause might be a browser extension. Therefore, please open your editor in secret mode and see if you can use the shortcut keys there.

If you can use the extension in incognito mode, remove the extension that may be causing the problem and try again in normal mode.
