Disconnect a custom domain

Learn how to disconnect a custom domain from a site published with Studio.Design, along with important things to keep in mind before you do.

Disconnecting a custom domain

Once you've connected a project to a custom domain, you can disconnect it at any time. After disconnecting, you can connect the project to a different custom domain or to a Studio.Design subdomain.

Note: When you disconnect a custom domain and then connect a different one, a new TLS certificate will be issued. Because of this, your site won't load when you visit the domain until the connection is complete.

How to disconnect

  1. Open the Publish panel.

  2. Click the [×] to the left of the domain.
