With Studio.Design's form feature, you can design forms by combining form parts and manage responses in the form dashboard. You can also view and use responses through email notifications or by connecting to Google Sheets.

What happens after a Studio.Design form is submitted
When a user successfully submits a Studio.Design form, a "Form submission successful" message appears. This message text can't be changed, but you can set up a thank-you page instead.
A thank-you page is the page or modal shown to a respondent once they've submitted their form. By suggesting a next action or letting users know when to expect a reply, you can create a better user experience.
To set up a thank-you page, follow these steps:
Create a separate page to use as your thank-you page.
Set the page you created in step 1 as the destination after form submission.

(1) Create a thank-you page
First, prepare the page or modal that respondents will be taken to after submitting the form.
Create a page or modal to use as your thank-you page.
* Dynamic pages and dynamic modals can't be set as a thank-you page.
(2) Set it as the destination for the form's submit button
Next, set the thank-you page you created as the destination after form submission.
Select the form on the canvas and open the right panel. If the right panel is closed, open it first.
Open the [Form] tab in the right panel.
Under [Page after submission], choose the page or modal in your project that you want to use as the thank-you page.
If you've edited a site that's already published, update your site from the [Publish] panel in the top right. Your changes won't appear on the live site until you publish the update.
