Set the ID in the box

Set an ID on a box to use it as the destination for anchor links.

How to Set ID

  1. Select the box for which you want to set the ID.

  2. Open the [Settings] tab in the right panel.

  3. Enter the ID in the [ID] field using single-byte alphanumeric characters, hyphens, or underscores.

The ID you set can be selected when setting the link, and will also be displayed in the Layer panel and in the tip at the upper left of the box.

Types and Use Cases of Links with IDs

There are two types of links using IDs: one that leads to an ID on the same page and another that leads to a different page.

This is suitable for creating a table of contents, etc. at the beginning of a long vertical page.

Since it is not possible to move to the ID set point from another page, care should be taken when using this in headers and the like.

A separate page with an ID set, or a box with an ID set on another page

Suitable for placing in headers, etc., as a lead-in to the home page or another page.
