Steps to Change Your Custom Domain

Learn how to change your custom domain from example.com to www.example.com. This involves making changes to your DNS settings and Studio settings.

Tips: If you want to connect both example.com and www.example.com to display your Studio-created website, please refer to the following article:

Steps

Note: If you change the domain after publishing your website, the site will not be accessible until the changes are complete. Also, keep in mind that DNS settings may take some time to propagate.

1. Change DNS Settings

Delete the A record for example.com that you currently have set up. Then, set the A record for www.example.com to the IP address provided by Studio (34.111.141.225).

2. Change Studio Settings

Access the relevant project in Studio. Open the publishing panel and disconnect the current custom domain. Then reconnect with the new domain www.example.com.
