Point: What is Studio CMS?
Studio CMS is a content management system (CMS) feature that lets you structure, manage, and update content directly within Studio.Design. By combining models, items, and properties, you can manage frequently updated article content like blogs and news in one place.

How Studio CMS works
In Studio CMS, you create and manage data in the CMS Dashboard, and create and design pages in the Design Editor. Each task happens in a separate workspace.
Content will only display correctly on your page once you've linked the data from both sides together.

How to create a CMS article item
Step 1. Create an article-type model
First, create an article-type model to hold your article items.
Open the CMS Dashboard.
Create a CMS Model. For the model type, select Article.
Step 2. Add an article item and write the body content
Add an article item to the article-type model you just created, and enter the body and other content for the article.
Add a new article item to the model.
Open the item's detail editor and create a Text property (the body).

Note: About heading levels
In CMS articles, the article title is set as Heading 1 (h1). If you also add an h1 inside the Rich Text (body), the page will have duplicate h1 tags. We recommend starting headings inside Rich Text from h2.

Step 3. Add CMS properties to your article item
Using CMS Properties, you can manage content flexibly based on your page structure and design.

On the items list screen, click [+] and choose a property type.
Edit the property's label, then click Add.
Set the property value for each item.
You can also add properties the same way from the item detail editor.
Step 4. Set the publish status
Studio CMS includes built-in publishing controls for each CMS item.
Only items with their Status property set to "Published" will appear on your live site. You can also schedule items to publish later by setting a future publish date.

Displaying CMS article items on your site
Article items you create in the CMS Dashboard won't show up on your site until you link their CMS properties to box elements in the Design Editor.
