ℹ️ On November 25, 2025, we officially released Editor 5.0 to support the new production experience in Studio. This article explains how to switch between the old Editor and the Editor 5.0 Beta version.

Get started with Editor 5.0 Beta, Studio's new design editor. Learn how to switch editors and what to expect when switching.

Caution: The editor is set up on a per-user basis, not on a per-project basis.

  • Settings are per user, not per project.

  • Beta features are provided for testing purposes prior to the official release, so there may be unforeseen problems or specification changes. Please test in an environment and for applications where you can use the software with peace of mind.

  • For important projects, please consider using the current editor for stability considerations.

How to switch

  1. Open the "Settings" modal from the Account Settings menu.

  2. [Select the "Settings" tab and activate "Studio 5.0 (Beta).

    We recommend that you reload the page each time you switch.
