Cancelling the Visitor Add-on
If your project exceeds the Visitor limit with the added Visitor Add-on, you cannot cancel the add-on. Please perform the cancellation operation when the Visitor count is within the limit in the following month.
For Users on Legacy Plans (Starter, CMS, and former Business)

For projects on legacy plans, while the dashboard displays "Visitor," the actual measurement is being calculated using PV (page views). To check detailed page view trends, please refer to the "PV Count" in your analytics dashboard.
