Checking Payment History and Viewing/Downloading Receipts for Workspaces

Learn how to check the payment history of workspace fees and projects linked to the workspace, as well as how to view and download receipts.

A feature that allows you to manage multiple projects (sites) together. You can centrally manage member invitations, permissions, and payment plans.

Viewing and Downloading Receipts

Tips: This action can only be performed by Workspace owners.

Only Workspace Owners can perform this operation.

In the [Payment History] section, you can review the following details:

Estimated Costs:

At the top of the screen, you'll see an overview of the estimated costs related to your workspace. This includes workspace usage fees (base subscription fees and additional member fees) as well as a general estimate of the costs for the projects you manage.

[Workspace] Tab:

  • Base subscription fees

  • Additional member fees

[Projects] Tab:

  • Plan history for projects managed by the workspace

Note:

  • The project plan amount shows the monthly converted plan fees for projects where the workspace is the payment owner. This is a monthly conversion and does not include coupon discounts or add-on fees, so use it as a rough estimate.

  • The number of seats displayed is based on current information. The actual billing amount may vary depending on increases or decreases in the number of seats.

Steps

1. Select the Workspace

Select the workspace.

2. Open [Payment History]

Click on [Receipts] to view detailed information and download your receipts. If you click on the payment history of a project, you'll be redirected to that project's [Payment History] page. From there, you can view receipts and perform downgrades as needed.
