This article explains two ways to place files other than .txt files, such as HTML files, in your root directory.
Tip: If you want to upload a .txt file, see Upload a .txt file.
1. Set it up using Custom Proxy
You can set this up using the Custom Proxy add-on (extension), available on the Business Plus plan and above.
Note: Custom Proxy is an advanced option
To use the Custom Proxy feature, you'll need to set up your own hosting platform separately. Please also note that our support team can only assist with this feature to a limited extent.
For details, see Set up Custom Proxy.
2. Talk to us about the Enterprise plan
Some Enterprise plans for businesses include support such as:

Training before you get started
To get in touch, feel free to reach out through our dedicated contact form. After you submit the form, a team member will get back to you within 2–3 business days.
