By setting up the HubSpot tracking code (HubSpot Tracking) in Studio.Design, your site's access data will be sent to HubSpot.
The recorded data is compiled and visualized through HubSpot's Traffic Analytics feature, allowing you to monitor your site's traffic.
This article walks you through how to set up HubSpot Tracking in Studio.Design using the Apps integration feature.
Note:
HubSpot's Traffic Analytics feature is not available with a free HubSpot account.
HubSpot Tracking is the mechanism that records the traffic data displayed in the Traffic Analytics feature. Step 1: Find Your Tracking Code in HubSpot
First, locate your tracking code in the HubSpot dashboard.
Log in to HubSpot.
Click [Settings] in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Select [Tracking Code] from the left-side menu.
From the embed code that appears, copy the numeric portion.
Step 2: Register the Code in Studio.Design's Apps
Next, register the information you copied in the [Apps] section of your Studio.Design dashboard.
Open the project dashboard for the site you want to set up.
Click [Apps] in the left-side menu.
Select [HubSpot Tracking] from the list.
Enter the numeric portion of the tracking code you copied from HubSpot.
Review your entry and save.
Note: HubSpot Tracking only works on your published site. It does not work in Live Preview.
Step 3: Verify Tracking
Even after setup is complete, it may take some time for data to appear in HubSpot.
Wait a while, then open the "Traffic Analytics" screen in HubSpot to check whether access data from your site is being tracked. If your site's traffic data appears in Traffic Analytics, the integration is complete.
