Starting May 6, 2021, sites built with Studio.Design will no longer be viewable in Internet Explorer (IE). Instead, the following screen will appear when users try to open them.
This screen doesn't include a direct link to open the site in another browser. However, if you add your domain to Microsoft's IE compatibility list, IE users will be automatically redirected to open your site in Microsoft Edge.
How to register your domain on the IE compatibility list
As explained on the reference page, to enable automatic redirection to Microsoft Edge, you'll need to send a request email to ietoedge@microsoft.com asking to add your domain to the redirection list. Include the following details:
Owner's name
Job title
Email address
Company name
Address
Website address
After you send the email, you'll typically receive a confirmation reply within a few hours to a few days. Your domain will then be added to the IE compatibility list during the next list update, and visitors using IE will be automatically redirected to Microsoft Edge.
