Note: About Google service integrations
Data sent through an external tool integration is managed under that tool's terms of service. Studio.Design cannot take responsibility for how data is protected within external tools.
Issues caused by sharing permission or account changes
If the sharing permissions of your spreadsheet or your Google account information change, data sending may stop. If this happens, please disconnect the integration once and reconnect it. If the issue still isn't resolved, please contact chat support.
Response sending limits
Google Sheets has a limit on the number of data entries that can be sent per minute. If the limit is exceeded, the data will not be saved. For details, please refer to Usage limits | Sheets API | Google Developers.
Handling of responses before integration
Responses received before connecting your spreadsheet will not be automatically added to the spreadsheet. Please note that only responses received after the integration will be reflected.
Attachment viewing restrictions
Files attached to form responses cannot be viewed in Google Sheets. Attachments can only be viewed from the Studio.Design form dashboard.
This is to help protect personal information and reduce security risks.
How to connect Google Sheets
Open your project and go to the form dashboard.
Select the form you want to connect and open the settings screen.
Click the external integration icon.
Grant access on the screen that appears. Once the integration is complete, a dedicated sheet will be created automatically, and it will update automatically as new responses come in.
Note: About editing and managing your spreadsheet
Please don't edit the first sheet where responses are recorded. Editing it may prevent responses from being recorded.
Don't use the half-width colon ":" character in the spreadsheet name, as it will cause an error.
Even if a form field uses the "tel" (phone number) input type, if a number is entered without hyphens, the leading 0 may not appear in the spreadsheet.
Example: Response in Studio.Design form: 090XXXXOOOO
→ Value in spreadsheet: 90XXXXOOOO
How to disconnect the Google Sheets integration
If you disconnect and then reconnect the integration, a new sheet will be created and updated automatically.
Open your project and go to the form dashboard.
Select the form you want to disconnect and open the settings screen.
Click [Disconnect].
