Set up a click-to-call link

Learn how to set up a link that lets visitors call you with a click or tap. We'll also show you how to enable the call link only on mobile, so it won't appear on desktop or tablet views.

How to set it up

  1. Select the text or button where you want to add the call link.
Example of how to add a button: Left panel [Add] tab > [Parts] tab > Button [Show all]

  2. Open the [Settings] tab in the right panel.
If the right panel is closed, open it first.

  3. In the [Link] field, enter "tel:" followed by the phone number, as shown in the example. Hyphens are optional.

    Example: tel:0312345678 or tel:03-1234-5678

  4. Update your site. Changes won't appear on your live site until you update it.

  5. Test the link in preview or on your published page to make sure the call works correctly.

How to set the call link to appear only on smartphones

If you want the call link to be active only on smartphones (not on desktop or tablet), follow these steps.

  1. Create two boxes that display the phone number.

  2. Add the call link to one box, and leave the other one without a link.

  3. Use show/hide settings by breakpoint to control which box is displayed on each device.
Set the box with the call link to be hidden by default (desktop).
Set the box without the call link to be visible on tablet and mobile.
