There are two main reasons why you may not be able to upgrade:

  1. The privileges are set to "owner" and Contact the project owner and ask him to change the privileges, or Please ask the owner to upgrade to a new card.

  2. Your credit card is disabled → The registered credit card is no longer in use. Please try a different card.
