How to set IP address restrictions on your published Studio.Design site

IP address restrictions for published Studio.Design sites are set up through an external delivery environment, such as a CDN, using Custom Proxy. Custom Proxy is an add-on available for projects on the Business Plus plan or higher.

IP address restrictions for your published site are set up using a custom proxy, combined with your own delivery environment such as a CDN. It isn't possible to apply IP address restrictions using Studio.Design settings alone. This article explains how to set this up and what Studio.Design supports.

Note: The custom proxy feature is an advanced option. Setting it up requires knowledge of proxy server operation and configuration, as well as network infrastructure setup.

How to set up IP address restrictions for your published site

Studio.Design doesn't have a built-in feature for setting IP address restrictions.

To restrict access to your published site by IP address, you'll use a custom proxy and configure which IP addresses to allow or block in your own delivery environment, such as a CDN.

A custom proxy is an add-on (extension) that you contract for a project separately from your plan. With this feature, you can place your own delivery environment, such as a CDN, in front of your published site.

For detailed setup instructions, see Custom proxy overview and setup steps.
