During the beta period, live support via chat is not available as a general rule. We provide a submission-only channel for feedback and bug reports. You can also use the dedicated Community space to share information.

Editor 5.0 Beta Support Policy

During the beta period, our support policy differs from what's normally available.

Regular support via chat is not available during this time. Instead, we offer a submission-only channel, a Community space, and various learning resources for support. Please keep this in mind when using the beta.

Support During the Beta Period

  • To submit feature requests or bug reports, please use our submission-only channel. You can access the Support Center by clicking the help icon in the bottom-left corner of the Editor 5.0 screen.

  • For exchanging tips, asking quick questions, or sharing your thoughts, please visit the Studio Community Japan | Editor 5.0 Beta Share Space. (You'll need to log in to the Community to participate.)

During the beta period, we appreciate your cooperation as we work to improve the product.

Learning Resources

Learning content and help articles for Editor 5.0 are being created on an ongoing basis.
